According to witn.com, 85 year-old Marjorie Griffin of Beaufort County, NC died on March 23, 2009. After slowing down to turn into her home’s driveway she was hit from behind by Judith Kiricoples of Bath, NC. Kiricoples who was driving an SUV was taken to the hospital but sustained no major injuries. The report does not state what injuries caused Griffin’s death. Troopers stated that charges are pending in this accident.
