The sadness about the loss of a man so young can be devastating. Unfourtunate deaths like these can sometimes be prevented though. The young man’s death may have been because of faulty machinery that he was working with.

It is important to be aware that when working with heavy machinery and farming equipment that it’s possible that break down of parts can cause accidents. Also in some cases the machinery could be in need of repair. If owner of the equipment was at fault in failing to keep in good repair and that caused the death the can be held responsible.

The maker or seller of the machine could be held liable if the device was designed or made in an unreasonable way making it unsafe. Most industrial equipment has a kill switch that turns it off if something gets caught in the works or has warnings or guards to stop a person from getting killed using it in the normal way.
