Comments Off

If you are parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle you probably know the name Infantino. Approximately $172,000 of their infant toys has been recalled because of a piece of metallic fabric that comes loose posing a choking hazard. The company has received 45 reports of this problem but no injuries have been reported.

North Carolina’s NBC 17 MyNC News reported the toys were sold from June 2007 through February 2009 at Wal-Mart, Target, Babies-R-Us and other stores. For a list of the model numbers this recall involves or for more information you may contact the Infantino Company directly at (888)808-3111 or visit their website .

Many toys are recalled on a regular basis and keeping ourselves informed is the only way to realize which products we have purchased have been recalled. The Defective and Dangerous Products section of our blog has some great information on this subject.
